This is the least reliable Royal Mail service area I've lived in. They are forever delivering items to the wrong neighbor, leaving it to us to sort it all out. Their 48 hour tracked service is a joke-- lucky to get things within a week (and then not necessarily to the right address). They need to train the delivery personnel... read full comment

I had the same experience of waiting in for a signed for delivery. Mysteriously a card saying a delivery had been attempted was put through the letterbox.i was in the room next door and heard it come through the letter box. No attempt to ring or knock made.
