Warren James Jewellers provides very poor customer service. Fails to deliver online purchases and fails to prompt you that they have failed to deliver your jewellery until you follow up. Horrible services and very unreliable.

Jewellery is worse than Primark's quality. Bought a gift set last Christmas and 5 months later the clasp broke on the bracelet. Had a replacement and a month later the bracelet broke again.
