Having recently installed a security barrier between the customer and the kiosk I won't be shopping there anymore. You can no longer hear the workers behind double glazed windows, it feels like are you are doing a prison visit its so secure. Recently put up a prison like wall of windows on the counter. You can now no longer hear what the staff are saying, and the staff don't seem to care. There is no speaker so absolutely terrible for those with hearing issues.
