I booked in here because I was travelling and couldn’t get to my usual hair stylist. Although the staff were friendly, the cut was awful. Despite asking for shape, they just cut a straight line along the bottom, and thinning scissors were used so close to my scalp that I could feel the short spikes for weeks.
