Why advertise you're open until 10.00pm when you're not??On more than one occasion I called in at about a quarter to 10 and you're closed! That's fine if you're quiet etc... But don't say you're open until ten if you're not?

Served by a lovely young maid in there, with a lovely smile. Made me feel very welcome and helped me with my shopping!
