Did a big shop in-store last night and used a hand held scanner,which we have always used, on paying we were selected for a Full trolley scan,Very inconvenient having to put all the shopping (that we had prepack using our own carrier bags) onto the conveyor belt so that every item has to rescanned,As well as the inconvenience... read full comment
