Customer service is sadly lacking in this store. The tobacco kiosk and customer service counter is invariably manned by one person, if a customer has a return to make this makes a queue of people who have only a can of drink, packet of crisps or a packet of cigarettes. That's the point of supermarkets- you've been in one, you've been in them all.The milk I bought was also homogenised.
