Instore was fine. Staff were helpful and polite. Online purchases that were in sale, lost in transit apparently and not on sale in store. No phone line to call for resolution only an email.

Nice shop and well laid out my wife was looking for a new evening dress. She found a few to try and with the help from the lady looking after the fitting rooms she decided on a lovely blue gown and it wasn't even the most expensive one she tried on.Will be back again no doubt.
