Visited early on a Saturday morning before it was really busy, and had a friendly welcome and quick service. The shop was clean and comfortable. Not sure what it'd be like once it gets busy, but my experience was good.

Have to pay more to drink in however still only get given a take away cup and no plate for pastries.
Coffee was too bitter for my taste but service was quick

I go to prett at least three times a week the staff have no conversation push the coffee towards you very rarely a please or thank you the manager does not make eye contact whilst serving he never speaks always looks like he does not want to be there I have had enough off this place only thing that is good is the location...
