I just had a bad experience in this post office.I was told my parcel was too big for a small parcel Royal Mail label. I came home and checked on the R.M. website and it wasn't. I printed the sizes out and went back with a tap measure. They refused to look at my printout, were very rude and told me to go to R.M. themselves...

I been here to send an Amazon return. They said the label on it wasn’t pre-paid, so I need to pay or ask seller to get a pre-paid label. So, I went back with the exact same parcel with a pre-paid label on it but they refused it because of its dimension. They were happy to take it in the first place though! Disappointed!
