Friendly people but super slow service! 5 people in the queue and took 25mins to get served. The next day came back and a queue of 8 with only one person serving, another person behind the till but not serving the queue for some reason. Very frustrating slow service

Got there at 5.05 we got locked inside at5.07 as the que was 8 people long and one till open and one person was putting stickers on products other one was unlocking door for people that was leaving. At 5.13 lady was trying to get in to post something but they don’t let her in even we said that online says post is closing...

I waited for more than 30 mins, outside in the cold most of the time. There were only two positions out of four open and one position closed after I had been waiting for more than twenty minutes leaving only one open. This is not acceptable especially during the busy Christmas period.
