I'm sure that if the part is correct all is well, however in my experience, where there was doubt about the suitability of the part, I was met with a constant refusal to accept responsibility by people who clearly no absolutely nothing about the product they sell. Horrible company, awful customer service. Bought a battery from them on eBay that doesn't work, and they made the otherwise simple and straightforward return process a hassle. As long as they can keep your money, they are willing to do anything and always have excuses for not giving it back. I regret to ever get in touch... read full comment

Excellent service for any parts that you may need. Special mention to the "contact us" team who are a credit to the company. Fast response to queries by email, they found me an alternative part that fitted my car and sent a link in under an hour. Will definitely use again.
