One of the women was so rude. No smile at all, talking like shouting and very fast so difficult to understand. Bad explanation. Poor customer service. She shouldn't be working as a service assistant.

Death dear dear, called in mid- morning today , Monday. Initial Impression was poor . Only one assistant dealing with a customer, other staff oblivious of me . Eventually staff member did attend to me and showed me the demo phone I wanted but it wasn't in stock. Staff member who dealt with me looked scruffy... read full comment
