I went to the Exe Bridges store in Exeter yesterday at about 3.30pm to take back some items. The girl who served me was absolutely delightful, friendly and efficient, despite having to issue refunds for about 12 items. She is a credit to the company.

Great experience! Never been in a next before but got told they did some good shirts and shoes. They were right, Ian helped me find the perfect shoes and explained the different materials in some shirts I liked. Very impressed and very a great price too.
