I use the gym at the Isca Centre. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a cafe to have a coffee/ tea etc. The changing rooms and centre in general are spotlessly clean.

Following the review from Paul Wride, the new trainer is astonishingly rude and causing problems. He has moved my personal property without asking permission, constantly changes the tracks on the sound system to something he likes. All in all a bit of a (not very nice word).Will be cancelling my membership very soon if...

Located on Summer Lane, we offer a new gym with state of the art equipment, an 8 rink indoor bowling green and an outdoor Petanque terrain. Membership includes a free induction and a 6 week programme update with our qualified staff. All this for a no contract £25 per month plus access to all 7 centres.
