Terrible experience! Never in my life have been treated like that. HSBC suspended my account with no explanation, just because they can. 4 months after and still nothing. After truly awful phone customer service I was told to go to branch. Huge queues no managers in (midday on a weekday) and waited 45 mins but still couldn't see anyone. Absolutely awful.
