Having been told in advance that the delivery would be between 10 and 11 a.m. and that I HAD to be there to sign the goods finally arrived at nearly 5 p.m. A whole day wasted!! And no explanation or apology forth coming.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Parcel was 10 days late.. phoned a number of times each day, not once did I get the same story. Obviously full of utter lies. I will refrain from ordering anything online that will involve DHL. When my parcel was finally delivered, it looked like it had been kicked around a warehouse.... read full comment
