Dreadful service. The bank branch is now miles away and the phone number given for the branch is a centralised one, where it takes an hour to get through to speak to a person.Ther Visa service is now so secure that I cannot buy anything on line. Never had a problem with coop banking in 20 plus years of banking and the app is great

A bank that doesn't think about people. They blocked the account and they don't care that it's a big family and maybe we don't have anything to eat. I do not advise anyone to open accounts here.
