Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. One pair turned out to be to small. Very easy returns process and the Mules I have purchased are great for day to day use. The pair of G2 deck shoes come with 2 years warrantee which cannot be grumbled at.

Bought some shoes from Chatham Marine in Autumn 2019. However, when I wore them for the first time, I realised there was a hole in the side of the shoes - a factory fault. I spoke to Chatham Marine customer service, but despite sending photos and my receipt, they would not replace my shoes or refund the money. Poor customer...
