I wanted to take my four year old and one year old to a florist so they could hand pick the flowers themselves for Mother's Day. Bloom of Exeter lived up to my expectation and more. Terrible service! Ordered my flowers over the phone. Paid for the delivery etc. Flowers supposed to arrive the evening before the event. They never delivered! We had to chase them to find out what was the problem. How terrible is it! Will never buy from them again! What a disgraceful place with no dignity and zero responsibility!
