Exceptionally poor customer service and managers that seem to delight in customer dissatisfaction. Went to the store this afternoon while sitting in a 1hr queue of traffic to return a dog guard the order number was on the box and also when we took it back the first time they would order a new one for us so an agreement was met however the person serving us started to take the product out to see if its okay which it was... read full comment

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The duty Manager Cath was rude, disrespectful and condescending. We have purchased items from Argos for over 40 years.
