this ann summers is lovely they have a good range of fun toys and great underwear for my wife. the customer service is excellent, the sales assistants were very helpful especially ella. she was super sweet and knew the toys very well !

Terrible experience. I went into the dressing room to try on a bra and one of the sales associates came to knock on the door to get me to take a tag for the number of items. I understand I should have taken a tag but deciding to interrupt me while I was changing and get me to come out was a terrible way of handling it rather... read full comment

Brand new store with brand new staff and got to say I’m very disappointed. Not in the store but in the staff. Not greeted, not approached , not offered help, nothing.
