Exactly like the other lady who left a review, disgusting service after purchasing a £195 jacket which I was told how amazing it looked yet it was far too big under the arms so when i got home tried on and took back and as i live in Plymouth it's a 90 mile round trip, I was told that I would of been advised of the policy... read full comment

Hi a word of warning make sure you understand the returns policy of this outlet as my parents both in late 80s had an awful experience which I would hate others to go through. Briefly they were not informed of the returns policy and being of a certain age thought they could return an item which didn’t fit their sofa.... read full comment
