Package was dropped off here at the beginning of December and forgotten about for "processing" for almost a month. Wasn't able to gift a main Christmas present because of the incompetence and disorganisation of this place

As others have already stated, rude, arrogant, and God help you if you put your parcel down on the scales to heavy or definitely don't step over the queue line, or even worse, can't remember what you have put in your parcel lol. Between the 2 of them, they make a good comedy act on tv. They really need some customer services...
