Absolutely terrible they are always late giving my mother her medication they tell her yea it will be ready tomorrow at this time so she goes at that time and they say oh no we haven't sorted the pills yet come tomorrow at this time once again she goes and no we haven't sorted the pills yet again this happens every time... read full comment

I stood in clear view of 2 members of staff who were discussing a prescription from an awkward customer!…..I stood at the till point for about 3 minutes maybe 4…they looked up at me and totally ignored me…no apology or words spoken and continued the conversation between themselves…..at which point I turned around... read full comment
