Be prepared to wait. It doesn't matter if there is no queue or several people queueing, you will be waiting to be seen by the one beleaguered person on the counter. Lectured on how to queue! No clear indication on preordered items, I asked if I should queue which I did and called forward prematurely. Then the lecture!!I’m finished with pharmacies and going on line (as many others have done). If I hear on more time, “it’s a sign of the times”. …..wakey wakey Boots

Absolute shambles best to avoid this place unless u have got plenty of time to waste. Half an hour queue then they tell u they hav’nt had time to pick up prescriptions from right next door. What a mess they are in. They need a good shake up.
