The store was colder than outside! (6 degrees here today). The air conditioning and heating has always been broken, even when I worked there.No help for the staff who are shivering at their work stations. Management should be ashamed!

Smallish store but I choose to shop regularly here as it is well staffed and not too manic. Staff are always friendly and helpful. BUT the last few weeks it has been freezing in the store (we actually have to wrap up in hats and scarves) as its colder inside than outside. The AC seems to be blasting cold air.
