“26 SEPT 2023I recently needed to reset my telephone banking due to my own stupidity and also make an international deposit. However, I was on holiday and therefore my only option was to do these transactions in a Branch near me. I therefore visited Bidefords Branch and was attended to by the most helpful courteous and friendly Sam.Not only did she take her time to assist me and resolve all my issues but introduced me and helped me apply and install a savings plan which suits me perfectly.I have only been with Nationwide a year and find this bank so helpful and clear in their assistance.Thank you Nationwide and a huge thank you to Bideford's Branch cashier SAM.
