Ben and Lee and the guys in the Barnstaple store are the only reason I remain with Vodafone. I never deal with support over the phone, as generally Vodafone as a company are poor, but, Ben and Lee are a credit to Vodafone and this is why I have been a customer for 12 years....Thanks Ben and Lee!

When we took out the contracts for both our phones with Vodafone we were assured that there would be a really good signal where we live. We get one bar at best, most of the time we can't use our mobile's at all completely useless. Can't get hold of anyone to resolve this issue and stuck in a contract that most certainly...
