Lovely cafe, friendly staff and delicious food.
My only negative was the lack of a loo but it's only a couple of minutes walk from the pannier market ones.

A hidden gem! A quintessential absolutely delightful English cafe - beautiful aesthetics, and cosy atmosphere . Fab menu…a must try are the incredible freshly baked warm scones (cheese scones to die for!) and the toasties…but looking at other people’s plates, can imagine everything is delicious. Quite by accident we popped into this lovely cafe as not only is it dog friendly but also the sister cafe to Cafe Fletcher in Bideford. Again we had a chat with the owners as we enjoyed the lovely food. We'll worth a visit and we'll certainly revisit when back in Barnstaple.
