Will not tell you how to close your account as they cannot sign a financial claim form to verify you as even though they do everything a bank does they pretend they aren’t a bank

I wish to mention 2 of your staff at barnstaple who have assisted me and gone through paperwork several times to sort out my finances for home improvementsThey are Rebecca Stone and another lady I only know as Beccy.Their professionalism shone through and nothing was too much trouble. They are an asset to the company.
