Came in today and was greeted by a lovely lady who helped me out with my banking needs. Great to have a proper chat during all the madness in the world, I didn't catch her name but really appreciated your help.

Very unpleasant visit this morning . Got told to leave by male staff - not sure why as he was 2 meters away from the machine yet two female staff not social distancing at all talking to each other like there is no tomorrow . Practice what you preach that would be the the right statement ! very insulting .
