Could definitely do with some self service checkouts as the queues get ridiculous when there’s low staff. Please take down the plastic screens at the checkout, or at least the sections of screen where you are meant to be able to pack your bag, an elderly lady pulled her back because your forced to pack bags on the floor... read full comment
