This is what we received when paying to have our gender reveal balloon blown up! This is so unacceptable, dreadful service

I visited today in a Sunday morning panic before my Mum’s birthday. Got two large helium balloon numbers and a couple of cake candles. The young man who served me was really helpful and friendly, blowing up the balloons and giving me various display options. Brilliant customer service!
