Always had very good experience, love the bed, wanted super king but the lady at shop (Barnstaple) was very knowledgeable and it was discussed that due to my upstairs access it would be impossible to accomplish . Also her advise was to get mattress that zipped in Middle to get up very awkward stairs. Her advise saved...

It needs to be made clear at the point of sale that you will be getting a flat packed self assembly kit not a bed.
