My Nan has called twice to say that there’s a problem with the stairlift. Well tonight the chair has literally fell off of the electrical base whilst sparking. A stair lift was put into my accommodation which didn't work properly. At the top I didn't have the strength to turn it around and at the bottom I had to to stop it before it stopped by itself as it hit the bottom with a thud......the pain in my spine was really bad., yesterday a lovely young man came out to fix the stairlift... read full comment
