Refuse to follow the returns process that amazon contract for. Although amazon pay postifiice to pack and label the items, and this happens at other branches, ths branch refuse to do so, meaning the customer has to return home, pack it, then make another trip. Won't bother using this postoffice or shop again.

After multiple bad experiences I decided to use the one in Huthwaite. No idea why on a Saturday the one in Tibshelf closes at 12 but the one in Huthwaite at 14.
