Staff are friendly and helpful, however have had consistent issues around wrong items within prescription so have swapped to another local pharmacy

Rude staff. After being prescribed co-codomol by the doctor I went to the pharmacy to collect as its local, the woman who took my name asked me to repeat it 3 times as she didnt understand what I was saying, I then had to write it on a Scrap piece of paper along with my DOB and 1st line of my address to then get my prescription... read full comment

After my fiance was charged £16.99 for some eyedrops I tried to call to query the price only to find they had taken the phone off the hook until they closed, really disappointed and will be attempting to contact them tomorrow to understand how they can be that expensive.
