Absolutely diabolical… I heard screaming coming from the loft and when I asked what it was, the rude, intimidating employee said that it was just ‘my son dropping a nuke in the toilet’. service is awful and cleanliness is far from exceptional. Don’t even have every mogu mogu flavour. Disappointed

I would say the guy who works there is horrible.He needs to improve his customers service skills.He is totally rude towards the customers.The overall shop is good and has parking for couple of cars outside as well as parcel drop of and pick up point.I would not recommend this due to bad behaviour of the staff.

Dropped off a Vinted parcel there tonight, really rude guy working in there. If they don't want to be doing the parcel service, why on earth did they sign up for it? Won't be going back.
