Clean environment, friendly and helpful staff , bargains available , usually reasonably quick service, but at times due to rules and regulations that must be followed, can get quite slow. To my mind the problems are not through the fault of the staff.

If you look at most of well pharmacys opening hours for Monday 4th May they say open at 8.30am, it's only when you dig deep you find there not open untill 14.00, as I rely on taxis I would have paid out 15pounds for them to be shut then another 15pounds coming back later. Terrible
