Sent a high value, fully tracked and recorded delivery from Northampton to South Yorkshire. It arrived at this delivery office and was signed for by the staff. My item is still at the office but cannot be accessed by me or the seller. Royal mail will not let me contact the delivery office directly nor will they provide... read full comment
