Paid for next day delivery 3 times and never once recieved on time.I left a note on my door telling the post man where to leave parcels as my dogs will destroy them if posted. 1st ended up under my car in the pouring rain. 2nd got posted and destroyed. Staff friendly and helpful, just frustrating that you get different information from different people regarding deliveries and opening hours.Perishable items destroyed as I couldn’t collect them, but the guy who did help me out top marks.

Arranged to have my parcel left in a safe place only for the person delivering my parcel to ignor my instructions and take it back to the delivery office
