Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the lack of customer care, A mistake made on there behalf in which they admitted to but then back tracked! No apology from the owner, in fact the owner just passed the blame onto her employees. Not helpful, not friendly and will never use there post office again. Very poor service... read full comment

unfortunately, the reviews are not good.I came from Ukraine and I don't know all the rules yet.I specified the address for sending this post office.BUT they answered me ungraciously that I had no right to this address. and my parcels that came to this post office were rejected by an employee.
