Whenever I go into matlock branch there's only one cashier sometimes 2 as today, 7 people waiting one cashier,its unacceptable plus the service is so slow.

Just phoned Matlock branch to ask a question and the lady who answered was stroppy and rude.I told her that I'd phone back when she was in a better mood.Dreadful customer service Nationwide
