Called into Vodafone to add another line onto my account, and they were very accommodating and patient. Sometimes it’s just nice being in store and talking to a person, I didn’t get their names but they were both very personable.

The shop is a waste of space... walked in 3 members of staff just chatting..told them our problem..they weren't interested as the phone had not been purchased there..it was an upgrade on line...went a couple of doors down to a phone shop and the gentleman in there couldn't be more helpful
