Entered the building at 5:59, a staff member was serving a gent. I heard let’s shut the door, to which I thought due to the weather the staff was cold, therefore to help I pushed the door. The staff were like androids..no real knowledge of the details of the products.."The computer says no" type of people..could do with more staff of a more mature age who have a bit of life experience...too many kids...!!!
