Female cashier very stroppy ( 3/11/23. 2.30pm ) when banking some cash. Asked far too many personal questions, luckily no one else in the branch. Far from welcoming and pleasant.Way below the standard expected from this bank.

Really poor services. Went in to pay a cheque and was next in the queue. Assistant told me to use a machine which failed and the next assistant told me to use mobile app which also failed. Over 10 minutea later i managed to pay it in at the counter where I was waiting over 10 minutes before.

Friendly staff, need more cashiers on a Saturday, majority of customers were elderly people who wanted withdrawn cash.
