One of my hearing aids was faulty. It was repaired within 10 days. At my refitting appointment, I was seen on time. Some minor change to the sound level was made and completed within 10 minutes. Excellent!

The staff were extremely helpful. I had visited a number of opticians looking for glasses, and staff in both branches of Boots were very knowledgeable. I ordered them in Birmingham as that is where I saw them when shopping with my daughter. I was offered delivery to my nearest Boots opticians. This did take an extra 2 weeks...
