Never have I experienced such poor customer service! Recently new to the area. Second time visiting the pharmacy and the two women on the front desk were so rude! Fed up of this pharmacy, everytime you go on its takes 20 mins before you get your item and can leave. Always hest the a staff socialising at the back but not enough customer facing staff. Never answer the phone absolutely ridiculous also don’t have prescriptions ready to collect when they’ve told you they’re available!
