The customer service is excellent, there's a gentleman with a Nottingham tattoo who is simply the kind of person who makes you want to come back!
I just find it a little strange and rather unpleasant to enter the establishment and hear Arabic songs being sung as if you were in some Islamic country.
Pizza was lovely but the box wasn't sealed, garlic bread was dry and the mac n cheese was awful, insipid sauce and 10 bits of uncooked pasta! There is no way to complain on uber eats as it is a multiple choice question and you can't type specific details so they automatically just say it isn't eligible for a refund!
